Techno’s greatest titan Charlotte de Witte unveils the full run of her highly-anticipated NYC takeover, inclusive of a super limited-run capsule collection with EXTRA BUTTER, an exclusive art collab with THE SKATEROOM, a surprise performance, new music and more. Following her viral NYC blitz last May – which featured: an KNTXT pop-up shop, 2 SOLD OUT shows at Brooklyn Mirage and a guerilla-style surprise performance that closed down Orchard Street – the phenomenon returns to the city that never sleeps once again to fuse together the worlds of fashion, the arts and the underground.

The Music & Experiences:
The larger takeover will also include a slew of turbo-charged moments inclusive of the release of the next highly-anticipated single off her Roar EP, “How You Move” a surprise performance / block party outside of her EXTRA BUTTER pop-up shop and KNTXT NYC at the Brooklyn Storehouse.

Out since Thursday, de Witte’s new single “How You Move” is a testament to her signature style of pushing boundaries and encapsulating the raw essence of the techno genre. The dynamic production is the second revelation from her highly-anticipated “Roar” EP, – which arrives on vinyl on June 20th – a sonic exploration of motion and intensity, syncing with the heartbeat of the city that never sleeps. The release boasts a fusion of pulsating acid and a mesmerizing energy that promises to resonate deeply with listeners, mirroring the intense, adrenaline-fueled experiences of her live performances.

In tandem with the EP release, de Witte will shut down Orchard Street once again for an epic pop-up performance on Thursday, June 20 from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM outside of EXTRA BUTTER. For fans not in NYC, the performance will be captured in partnership with Beatport and Ray-Ban and available to stream for the full day after.

On Saturday, June 22 de Witte will host a massive KNTXT show at Brooklyn Storehouse, marking a significant moment as one of the first headliners to conquer the new venue. Situated in the heart of the Brooklyn Navy Yard, The Brooklyn Storehouse is the first US-based venture from Broadrick Live – Drumsheds, and former Printworks operator – brought to fruition in partnership with Teksupport. The venue has been designed to host up to 6,000 attendees, setting the stage for an unforgettable experience.

The Collaborations:
Kicking off the takeover in style, de Witte first unveils EXTRA BUTTER X KNTXT capsule collection which will be available for purchase in-store during her pop-up at Extra Butter Lower East Side (opening on 06/20 at 11:00 AM EST). The collaboration will feature a limited-edition KNTXT NYC Bomber Jacket and new KNTXT apparel with designs inspired by her label / brand. The bomber will retail for $270 and available in super limited quantities, making this one of her most exclusive drops yet.

In addition to the capsule, de Witte also announces the debut of an art-centric, philanthropic collaboration with THE SKATEROOM – an art-meets-social good collective that has worked with the likes of Jean-Michel Basquiat, Andy Warhol, Marilyn Minter. The drop will include 3 different skateboard concepts (2 solo decks and one triptych deck) and will be on-sale following the NYC run for 5-days only. The solo decks will retail for $129 and triptych for $349.
