Above & Beyond Closes Out 2021 With Original Instrumental Track “Screwdriver”

With a string of releases already this year, fan favorites Jono, Tony, and Paavo better known as Above & Beyond close 2021 out with a banger. For their latest release “Screwdriver” they flip the script on their established club sound with this fan-favorite ID from the trio’s sold-out Group Therapy 450 festival in London last September. Instantly whipping fans into a frenzy and connecting with them, it was clear from the crowd reaction that this would fast become a fan-favorite, and it certainly has.

“Screwdriver” takes you on a blissful and energetic tour through trance build-ups, acid, breakbeat, and 90s-flavored piano house. Above & Beyond are not holding back anything and ensuring that fans have an anthem to celebrate the return of dancefloors with. “Screwdriver” is unique and showcases the shapeshifting sound of Above & Beyond and proves once again that they are tastemakers and pioneers within the trance scene. “Screwdriver” comes off the back of the announcement that Above & Beyond will partner with Cercle to present a special, intimate Livestream set on top of Piedra del Peñol in Guatape, Colombia. The trio close out their 2021 tour schedule, which included sold-out shows at The Drumsheds, London, and Red Rocks Amphitheatre, with a date at Brooklyn’s Avant Gardner on December 28.
