Countdown to Austria’s Biggest EDM Festival the Electric Love Festival

The countdown is on: in just a few days, the Salzburgring will transform into a vibrant playground for music lovers as Electric Love Festival takes place from July 4-6, 2024. With preparations in full swing, Salzburg is already in anticipation for a new edition of the electronic music festival.

Electric Love Festival is one of Europe’s premier electronic music festivals, drawing fans from all over the globe. Welcoming over 200 artists across six stages, Salzburg will be the hotspot for the world’s most popular artists, including Armin van Buuren, Timmy Trumpet, Scooter, The Chainsmokers, Oliver Heldens, and many more. As preparations reach their peak, Salzburg is truly in the grip of Electric Love fever.

Electric Love Highlights
Electric Love Festival hosts an extraordinary lineup with international headliners. Each day promises a unique musical journey across EDM, Hard Dance, Hip-Hop, Techno, and Bass Music. Ski Aggu, Chase & Status, John Newman, Renier Zonneveld, DJ Snake, Bunt. or Boris Brejcha are only a few of the many artists that will bring their hits to the Salzburgring.

Beyond the music, campers can explore the Activity Arena, 24h Supermarket, and Napoleon Grill Area. The ORGANICS Beach offers a relaxing escape for all visitors, while the ÖBB Roller Disco and Biergarten provide additional fun. The BlueBoXX stage is a brand-new addition to the festival. Being hosted by an artist in the ELF Cosmos every day, the stage adds yet another layer of color to the festival. Get ready for Bass Music provided by Dan Lee’s Wednesday, EDM on Toby Romeo’s Thursday, House Vibes by Sonntagstanz on Friday and glitz, glamor and disco on Slashy Disco’s Saturday.

A Spectacular Opening Ceremony
One of the standout highlights of the festival is the Opening Ceremony on Thursday night, known as one of the most elaborate festival shows in Europe. This year’s 17-minute spectacle involves over 100 musicians, artists, technicians, and professionals. Being in the making since September 2023, hundreds of hours of preparation have been dedicated to the show. A team of seven surrounding Salzburg local artists Dan Lee and RageMode have been working tirelessly to ensure an unforgettable, emotional experience.

The show will feature a blend of live performances from an orchestra, chapel, student choir, dancers, and solo artists, creating a mesmerizing experience and an unforgettable festival kickoff.
