Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike Bring Vin Diesel to Tomorrowland: “We Are Family”

A surprise that actually wasn’t one: Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike took legendary actor Vin Diesel on the main stage in the second weekend of Tomorrowland. The Hollywood actor and the duo performed their single ‘Don’t stop the music’ together.

In the afternoon his name was already going around backstage. And he was there: Vin Diesel joined Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike on the main stage on Saturday evening. The Fast and Furious actor aspires to a music career and made the song Don’t stop the music together with Vegas and the German DJ Zion. It has since been streamed more than 100 million times and was picked up by David Guetta, Tiësto and Fatboy Slim, who played it at Glastonbury.

Diesel is staying in Europe for filming and combined that with a visit to Tomorrowland. He thanked the audience for the streams and emphasized that “we are all family,” a nod to his catchphrase from the Fast and Furious films. Later in the set, Dimi & Mike also brought their friend Timmy Trumpet on stage.
