Dirtybird Campout 2017 Returns With Claude VonStroke, Justin Martin, Special Guests
This fall brings the third yearly installment of the wild and impromptu Dirtybird Campout 2017 retreat this October 6-8.
The Dirtybird label has been a standout name for a long time running. The head “counselor” of it all, Mr. Claude VonStroke has done an amazing job at being the face of such an accomplished brand. He can produce, tour the world, and now he’s proven to run a very successful festival that isn’t quite like anything else. Dirtybird Campout screams out cool West Coast vibes along with the most happening house music around. The campout theme itself brings together some of the most spirited and kind-hearted attendees in the festival circuit.
With the Dirtybird Campout 2017 you can be guaranteed a memorable weekend with their lineup alone. The third Campout will feature it’s biggest lineup yet and includes everyone from Dirtybird house favorites, techno producers, hip-hop artists, and various novel groovy musicians. Thus far you can expect to see the lovable crew of Shiba San, Will Clarke, Justin Martin, Kill Frenzy, and Walker & Royce all in attendance for this year’s performance. Other notable additions to the Dirtybird Campout 2017 include Matthew Dear, Eats Everything’s debut performance, the alias known as Barclay Crenshaw, and a Mija takeover.
There is plenty more to go for than just the music as the campout takes it’s recreational activities very seriously. Attendees are encouraged to pledge their allegiance to highlighted teams with bandanas and themed colors. Take a stop at the Games Headquarters to play some ol’ fashion classic camper games, enjoy smores by a campfire with new friends and artists alike, or show off some skills at the Campout Talent Show. The weekend will have you busy, and the fun starts now leading up to the October event. Team Dirtybird is actually holding a competition for aspiring musicians. All you have to do is upload your mix to the Dirtybird Campout DJ Competition for a chance at opening the Birdhouse Stage, two Backstage passes where you get to meet Claude, and a live airing of your mix on the weekly Birdhouse Radio show.
