EDDIE Enlists Friends for ‘A Remix Pack’ EP on mau5trap

The Australian mau5trap artist, EDDIE has become one of the label’s most prominent acts on their artist roster. Since he was first signed in 2017, EDDIE has made a name for himself through his unique progressive melodies and top-tier production abilities. Now, he returns to deadmau5’s imprint to bring A Remix Pack EP filled with hits including “Somewhere in Between,” “Abandon,” “Shine,” and a brand new track.

The pack introduces a new name on the label as it begins with Dirty South’s re-imagination of “Somewhere in Between” with Colleen D’agostino that originally dropped in 2020 on the Blueprints EP. This remix is filled with rich sound design and beautiful synth work that highlights Colleen’s enchanting vocals. Next, the fellow Aussie, Blanke puts his own spin on “Abandon” with a drum and bass flare, exquisite bass design, and overall powerful feeling. A familiar face to the label, No Mana is up next with his remix of “Shine” that emphasizes his classic old-school style synths and grooving basslines. Finally, EDDIE himself adds on the track “Still Healed” that fans have been waiting to hear.
