Today, beloved Latin House instigator and multi-platinum selling DJ and producer HUGEL unveils his latest release, “Coraçao,” in collaboration with the track’s original artist, Jerry Ropero, alongside Afro-Latin pioneers Andres Mijangos and DJ Jesus Fernandez. HUGEL’s
interpretation of the track arrives on the 20th anniversary of its original release – which immediately became a worldwide success – as the only version of the track to be officially endorsed by Ropero.

Originally arriving to the scene in 2004, “Coraço” was an evergreen hit, quickly becoming one of the most famous Latin House tracks in the history of the genre, and today is played non-stop by DJs across the globe. Carrying a special endorsement from its original composer, Jerry Ropero, HUGEL’s 20th Anniversary Mix breathes new life into the track with a vibrant blend of infectious rhythms and melodies.

The dynamic reimagination is enriched with a fresh, lush bassline, adding new depth and texture to the track, anchored by its original, iconic lyrical refrain. Seamlessly entwining nostalgic elements with contemporary flair, HUGEL, Ropero, Mijangos and Fernandez reinvigorated “Coraço,” delivering a rich, multi-dimensional groove – showcasing the serial hit-maker’s ability to produce music that bridges the gap between the ages. “Coraço” is out now on all mayor streaming platforms.
