Lost Frequencies “What Is Love 2016” Revives Haddaway Classic, Out Now via Ultra Music
The new single is taken from Lost Frequencies’ forthcoming debut artist album, Less Is More
Felix de Laet, better known by electronic dance music (EDM) enthusiasts as Lost Frequencies, has taken on a classic tune, giving it a modern-day twist. The track: “What Is Love 2016,” which was originally released in 1993 by Haddaway. “What Is Love” was made famous for its inclusion on Saturday Night Live’s Roxbury Guys sketches and later in the film A Night at the Roxbury.
Lost Frequencies exploded onto the scene in 2014 with his massive single, “Are You With Me.” The Armada Music-released track saw remixes from Dash Berlin, Pretty Pink, Funk D, and Calvo, and garnered huge support from Armin van Buuren. The Belgian producer and DJ followed-up the internationally acclaimed single with “Reality” feat. Janieck Devy, and “Beautiful Life” feat. Sandro Cavazza.
