A fairytale sort of music video, the storyline follows two mysterious and playful lead characters whose buzzing youth takes them along several risky journeys. Masked at times, the girls race through jungle landscapes, abandoned houses, and towards the end are alone underneath a mystical night sky with planets breaking through their very own stratosphere. Melonia is a Swedish duo made up of producers and childhood friends Svidden and Jarly who have individually worked with artists like Galantis, Sigala, R3HAB, John Newman, Becky Hill, Hillary Duff, and many more. Their moniker is inspired by an animated film that the duo recalls from their youth – The Journey to Melonia. This film depicts a sort of pristine island where peace, harmony, and creativity co-exist. This notion comes through crystal clear within Melonia’s effervescent discography and hallmark sound.
