Chicagoland’s premier electronic music event, North Coast Music Festival, has revealed a massive Phase 1 lineup for the event’s 15th anniversary installment, which will return to SeatGeek Stadium from Friday, August 29 – August 31, 2025. In celebration of its 15th edition, North Coast Music Festival promises to maintain its reputation as the preeminent Labor Day Weekend festival with a bevy of stadium-smashing performances and ‘you-had-to-be-there’ surprises.

“We’re very grateful to be celebrating our 15-year anniversary. Most importantly, to do it as an independent group in Chicago, by Chicago residents, for Chicago, and to have built the community of Coasties that exists now. We have some very special anniversary surprises in store for all who attend.” – Pat Grumley (NCMF partner)

North Coast 2025 will host an ensemble of heavy-hitting, NCMF-veteran headliners, such as three-time GRAMMY award-winner and multi-platinum artist Zedd, dubstep legend Excision, Black Book Records boss Chris Lake, Swedish electro-pop sensation Galantis, trap pioneer RL Grime, Deadbeats-label bosses and bass music juggernauts Zeds Dead, mid-tempo queen REZZ, Ophelia Records label boss Seven Lions, experimental bass trailblazer Of The Trees, and riddim eccentric SVDDEN DEATH PRESENTS VOYD.

The festival will also host special headlining performances from Chicago natives such as GRAMMY-nominated producer Kaskade and renowned dance-pop duo Louis The Child – two acts who will return to their hometown to celebrate North Coast’s 15th year celebration in the Chicagoland area.

Adding to the festivities, dance music icon deadmau5 will be headlining North Coast for the first time since 2017, commemorating the festival’s 15th anniversary with a special drum & bass set.

North Coast 2025 will also feature first-time festival headliners such as GRAMMY-nominated duo Sofi Tukker and multi-platinum producer / live instrumentalist Timmy Trumpet.

In addition to its collection of world-class headliners, North Coast’s 2025 lineup touts a talented roster of support acts, including festival debut performances from orchestral bass music legend Apashe, dubstep virtuoso Kai Wachi, Norwegian melodic techno producer/DJ duo KREAM, Dutch house duo Tinlicker, Ray Volpe, and a special b2b set between NGHTMRE and Dimension.

The NCMF 2025 lineup also features returning acts such as electro-soul maestro purveyor, piano house queen LP Giobbi, Australian tech house maestro Wax Motif, experimental bass wizard Detox Unit, Italian electro-house pioneer Benny Benassi, and the world debut of Peekaboo b2b Caspa.

NCMF 2025 will also host exclusive stage takeovers curated by Brownies & Lemonade, as well as Chicago party crews EDM Chicago, DubHub, and Wub Life with artists to be announced at a later date.

North Coast Music Festival 2025 will welcome the return of its unique, fan-favorite stages and experimental art installations, such as The Chill Dome – a full soccer field dome with lasers, cushions, and air-conditioning complemented by DJs playing downtempo, lofi, and deep house. Also returning will be Incendia’s Fire Pit Stage; the beloved NCMF Yacht Club looking over the Shipyard Stage; Club Coast, a secret location speakeasy; and the ferris wheel.

New to North Coast this year is the GA PLUS ticket, which will provide attendees GA access to the festival with special add-ons such as express entry, comfy, air-conditioned restrooms, and a commemorative 15 Year Anniversary pin. Additionally, Platinum ticket buyers will now have access to brand-new, all-you-can-drink-and-eat bars with snacks at the Vega and Shipyard stages. These new exclusive areas will be in addition to the luxurious Platinum Lounge overlooking The Stadium stage. Tickets on sale now at https://www.northcoastfestival.com/
