PAROOKAVILLE has grown into one of Europe’s most important festivals. This coming
July 21-23 , 2023 the celebration returns for the seventh time, bringing the biggest stars in electronic music to Weeze Airport. Following the two-year Corona break, the unique festival city where lunacy, love and pure joy reign supreme was sold out once again this past summer with 225,000 attendees. Now the first artists have been confirmed for the City of Dreams in 2023 and revealed in the upcoming edition’s first artist Announcement Week.
Following his debut PAROOKAVILLE appearance in 2018 and a longer career break that ended with his triumphant comeback at the Ultra Music Festival in 2022, Dutch superstar Hardwell returns to PAROOKAVILLE next year as a main stage headliner on Saturday. His recently released second album “Rebels Never Die” once again impressively underscores his wide musical bandwidth, ranging from main stage hymns to techno tracks. So we are naturally excited to see him back on the big stages.
The legendary Steve Aoki on the other hand has been on hand at every PAROOKAVILLE festival. This edition he will be headlining the main stage on Friday. His live shows, flying cakes and all, are always among the most popular at PAROOKAVILLE. On his recently released seventh album “Hiroquest: Genesis”, this musical visionary, fashion designer and entrepreneur continues to expertly detonate the genre borders between punk, hip-hop and of course electro.
Australian star DJ and live trumpeter Timmy Trumpet delivered a breath-taking finale at PAROOKAVILLE 2022, and he’s on his way back to play the main stage again in 2023. This highly sought-after multi-Platinum artist is acclaimed around the world for his thrilling live performances and has become one of the biggest names in the scene in recent years.
It’s only been a few days since Felix Jaehn received Germany’s most important music prize, the 1LIVE Krone, for his song “Do It Better” feat. Zoe Wees. PAROOKAVILLE fans also love the German House superstar, who is currently taking a brief hiatus from the stress of showbiz. But he’ll be back in time for the 2023 festival season, and that of course includes at his favorite festival, PAROOKAVILLE where he will be headlining the main stage on Sunday.
Other top acts headed to the Mainstage include Goa star Neelix, Parookaville resident Lost Identity, Bass House DJ Marten Hørger, the audience favorite Tujamo and Bass Queen Lari Luke.
Under the open sky at Bill’s Factory, next year’s Parookaville Citizens will celebrate the collaboration between the Hardstyle masterminds Headhunterz x Wildstylez, House beats from hit producer and DJ David Puentez, Hardstyle hymns from Norway’s Da Tweekaz, the party- makers HBz and the unique ecstatic live gig from Finch.
Techno and performance artist Stella Bossi is set to make her debut at PAROOKAVILLE next year. Making her name in Berlin’s clubs, this extroverted DJane is racing up the ladder in the Techno scene’s next generation.
