Rising Producer Feather Releases Second Single “Smoke” with Lostboycrow

Kyle Featherstone AKA Feather, has returned to the release radar with his new single “Smoke” featuring vocals from famed LA-based singer Lostboycrow. This new track from Feather follows his debut single “Safe House,” which released at the end of October.

“Smoke” opens with big breaths and atmospheric textures accompanied by a plucked melody. The vocals quickly immerse the upper range of the soundscape. The well-written verse and hook deliver the feelings and story of a lost relationship, similar to smoke hanging in the air. The hook leads into the drop which feels quite large as power saws stutter through with a melodic vocal chop at the forefront. The four-minute offering engulfs the listener from start to finish with high-level production and mixing from Feather.
