Building off a strong 2018 momentum, Nashville producer Super Duper continues his growth, showcasing his ability to connect with his audience on a personal level with his first tune of the new year, “Canons” featuring JMR.

Featured vocalist JMR had some strong feelings and emotions when writing the track. He expresses the impact of the track and its lyrics exclaiming,

“When I was writing the song I was thinking about how the majority of the problems I have in a relationship stem from wounds inflicted in the past. The more self-aware I become the more grateful I am for those who love me through my healing and help me break down the barriers I’ve set around myself.”
