Ultra Music Festival 2024 Announces Phase Two Lineup
As the anticipation for Ultra Music Festival 2024 continues to build and our favorite month of March nears closer and closer, we’re getting ready to grab our shades and hit the festival grounds running. Returning Friday, March 22 – Sunday, March 24 to its iconic home of Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami, this edition promises to be an unparalleled musical journey for electronic music enthusiasts.
In October, Ultra teased fans with an impressive Phase One lineup featuring the epic return of global electronic music superstar Calvin Harris to Miami after over a decade. The lineup also included the debut performance from FISHER and Chris Lake’s UNDER CONSTRUCTION alongside returning headliners like Tiësto, Afrojack, David Guetta, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Gryffin, Eric Prydz, Vintage Culture, Slander and more.
Now Ultra raises the stakes even higher with the Phase Two lineup announcement. Joining the initial list of monumental talent for this year’s spectacle are Armin van Buuren, KSHMR, Seven Lions, Steve Aoki, Nicky Romero, Chase & Status, Orbital, Andrew Bayer, Ben Nicky, EDX, Frank Walker, Kasablanca, Maddix and more. The festival will also witness debut headlining performances from Elderbrook (live), Klangkuenstler, RL Grime b2b Knock2, Madeon b2b San Holo, and Kill The Noise and Bro Safari as Kill Safari among others.
Adding to the excitement, Ultra Music Festival 2024 will host label showcase stage takeovers, including inaugural takeovers from Nora En Pure’s ethereal Purified label and Seven Lions’ mesmerizing Ophelia Records. Coone’s Dirty Workz returns for the third year in a row, presenting a plethora of both debut performances and returning acts.
The RESISTANCE stage continues to be a cornerstone of Ultra’s identity and is slated yet again to feature the best of the best. This year’s lineup boasts heavyweights like Drumcode label maestro Adam Beyer, Swiss duo Adriatique, techno luminary Amelie Lens, Ukrainian sensation ARTBAT, GRAMMY-nominated duo CamelPhat, Swedish prodigy Eric Prydz, iconic duo Sasha and John Digweed, Russian producer Nina Kraviz and a live set by Reinier Zonneveld. RESISTANCE is known for its distinctive b2b sets, and this tradition continues with Oliver Heldens’ techno alter ego HI-LO teaming up with UK artist Eli Brown, and Afterlife favorites Massano and Chris Avantgarde who are set to join forces. The b2bs continue with Dubfire and Ilario Alicante and melodic techno virtuosos Joris Voorn and Kölsch. Drawing from the success of their RESISTANCE Miami U.S. Club Residency, the festival welcomes back Mind Against and Giorgia Angiuli. Festival veterans include Mathame who are set to present their AV:SHOW, Ann Clue, and Moritz Hofbauer. The debut of Ukrainian progressive house artist Miss Monique also promises an electrifying RESISTANCE showcase.
In case you need a refresher of last year to hold you over, you can immerse yourself in the magic of the official aftermovie, ‘ULTRA: VICE CITY.’ Created by Final Kid Films, this visual masterpiece redefines aftermovie storytelling. With captivating visuals and an enveloping narrative, it highlights the festival’s glories while paying homage to the city that gave life to this historic event.
