Ultra Music Festival Unveils Colossal Phase 1 Lineup for 25th Anniversary
Ultra Music Festival is set to celebrate its 25th anniversary from March 28-30, 2025, at its iconic home, Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami. Marking this milestone, the festival has unveiled an extraordinary Phase 1 lineup, reinforcing its reputation as the world’s premier electronic music event.
From trance legends Above & Beyond and Armin van Buuren, house stars including Zedd, Alesso, Axwell, Solomun, Martin Garrix, and Hardwell, to dubstep and bass classics like NGHTMRE b2b Sullivan King, Zeds Dead, and Subtronics, techno kings Adam Beyer, Boris Brejcha, and Carl Cox, and many more.
A distinct highlight of the lineup is the first-ever Anyma b2b Solomun performance on the Main Stage. With Anyma’s audiovisual artistry and Solomun’s techno mastery, this promises to be a groundbreaking fusion. Additionally, Solomun is bringing his label Diynamic to the 305, hosting his own stage takeover at the RESISTANCE MegaStructure, featuring artists such as Four Tet and Mau P.
Festival legend and king of techno Carl Cox returns with his newest live show and the “Carl Cox Invites” stage takeover at RESISTANCE. Ultra will also showcase the world debut of the deadmau5 b2b Pendulum DJ set, alongside deadmau5’s inaugural ‘retro5pective set,’ and a special Pendulum live performance.
The 25th anniversary wouldn’t be the same without the familiar voice shouting “What up Miami…how…we feeling baby?” Tech-house duo John Summit and Dom Dolla will debut Everything Always at Ultra 25 on the Main Stage for their maiden festival performance, while Axwell will headline with his first-ever solo set.
Trance trio Above & Beyond will return for the first time since 2018 for an exclusive headlining performance. Joining as an exclusive headliner is dance-pop sensation Zedd, sure to deliver a “Telos of a Performance.” Other returning headliners include Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, and Afrojack.
The RESISTANCE brand will uphold Ultra’s esteemed underground vibes, featuring icons such as Richie Hawtin, Adam Beyer, Charlotte de Witte, Eli Brown, and ARTBAT, as well as first-time performances from 999999999 and I Hate Models. Ultra will also showcase headlining performances from veterans like Gesaffelstein, Nero, Chase & Status, and Subtronics.
Meanwhile, Dirty Workz and Alteza Records will curate hardstyle and psytrance stages. Additional stage takeovers include A State of Trance (ASOT), further diversifying the festival’s musical offerings.
With an expansive mix of world debuts, legendary acts, and emerging talents, Ultra’s 25th-anniversary lineup sets the stage for a historic celebration of electronic music’s past, present, and future. And this is just Phase 1 — we can’t wait to see the jaw-dropping acts for Phase 2.
