Yoshiko & Alee Release “Freaks Out”

It’s amazing to see new female artists emerging in the dance music scene. One of these artists is Giada Morone AKA Yoshiko. She was born in Italy to Brazilian, Japanese and Italian parents. Her stage name is an ode to her Japanese family that moved to Brazil after the Second World War and her inspirational aunt who grew up to be her mother when she lost her mum prematurely. Yoshiko may also be known to others as the Amsterdam Fashion girl she shows on her Instagram. For her newest collaboration “Freaks Out” she has once again teamed up with the well-established master of ceremonies Alee.

With this track I want to describe mostly the person who I am with summer vibes. I took inspiration from Will.I.Am and Britney Spears track (Yes imma Britney Fan) and basically just show how people should support themselves always first. Cause if you are not the first person believing in yourself how can you expect others to do it for you??? They will not trust me on that <3 – Yoshiko

“Freaks Out” is one of these mainstage blasters that will definitely bring out the freaks to dance. Starting off slow as it lures the curious people in and then suddenly blasting off with no bars hold, it’s the outstanding performance from Alee that completes this track. He brings a cool edge that makes this track stand out. “Freaks Out” is riddled with some amazing kicks that will make you want to go all out on the dance floor. Another highlight on “Freaks Out” is that it features vocals from Yoshiko herself, a very first time in history. “Freaks Out” is now out on Afterlife Records.
