Zack Bia Unveils Field Trip Recordings x ASICS PFW Pop-Up Experience

This Saturday, June 22, Bia will offer fans and fashion-aficionados alike the opportunity to get their hands on the collaboration for one-day-only prior to its official release via a Field Trip Recordings pop-up shop experience in the heart of Paris (139 Rue Du Temple, 75003 Paris, France).

A highly-anticipated follow up to their 2022 Gel-Kayano 14 collab – which released only 200 units, gifted to the label’s friends / family – Field Trip Recordings x ASICS is joining forces once again to create a revamped, limited-edition version of the retro running sneaker turned stylish kicks – 555THZ (aptly named to correspond with the sound frequency of the shoe’s colorway).

Set to drop later this year, the exclusive shoe will make a bold arrival with its electric green colorway, bright yellow accents, a black heel portion and blue sole. In addition to its striking hues, the Field Trip variation boasts a thicker, diamond-shaped mesh than on regular Gel-Kayano models – Positioning Bia’s interpretation of the cult-favorite style in a category of its own.

Fusing together the worlds of high-frequency sonics and high-end design through the phenomenon’s genre-defying lens, the pop-up will also feature DJ sets / performances from Bia and friends throughout the day.

Hosted in a retro-fitted art gallery curated by Bia, the shop will house a limited-run of 150 pairs of the sneaker, available to purchase for $170 USD from 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Once sold out, the collaboration will not be available to purchase again until its official release.
